The Microsoft BizSpark Accelerator is held at SXSW to help foster startup development and innovation. Here, companies from around the world get the opportunity to present their products to a panel and live audience.

In fact, two of the hottest web startups around — Twitter and Foursquare — both made their mark at SXSW Interactive (also known as Geek Spring Break). The music/innovation fest is truly becoming a conference that can help startups get their big breaks.
